Sewell made the first tailored suit in the South in 1918, and during the 1970’s it is estimated The Sewell Companies produced 6 out of every 10 suits and sport coats made in America. Robin was CEO of the Sewell Companies for 25 years.
As an entrepreneur beyond tailored apparel, Robin has received high recognition for starting dozens of other successful companies and movements, ranging from Nuclear Welding to Georgia’s Textile Heritage Trail. His business expertise allows him to work easily with other executives in the creation of their personal custom wardrobes that match best with various occasions.
